Description
Shiran and her younger sister, Shiina, live with their mother. Shiran's father left for work in Kenya quite some time ago and has not returned. He does contact the family on occasion but he does not provide for them. Shiran's mother babysits to try to meet the needs of the children, but it is not enough to supply the family with basic needs let alone school requirements and fees.
